About Me
Keighley Bradford is a Newcastle-based emerging writer and creative industries professional. She is a recent graduate of the University of Newcastle, with a degree a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Writing & Publishing). In addition to specialising in various modes of creative writing, she is skilled in arts administration, content creation, copywriting, editing, and social media marketing and promotion.
Keighley is passionate about supporting the arts community. She currently works and volunteers within the Hunter writing/literary scene through the local writers’ festivals. She was also the founder of the UoN Writers’ Club, and Promotions Coordinator of Yak Media during her time at University, where she developed many of her skills while helping her broader arts community.
Over the years as a writer, her short-fiction pieces have been published and won several awards. Keighley is undoubtedly a perfectionist who spends most of her time stuck behind her laptop working. In her spare time, you’ll find her drinking hot coffee at a local cafe, or binge watching a new series on Netflix.
